Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026. This policy explains what information 4th Line Marketing collects through 4thline.ai, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
4thline.ai is operated by 4th Line Marketing ("4th Line," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital marketing agency based in Michigan, USA. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@4thline.ai or 517-457-5463.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, email us, or book a call, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, company, monthly marketing budget range, and the details of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you use the site. This includes IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, the date and time of your visit, and identifiers stored in cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from visitor-identification partners
We use visitor-identification services, including RB2B, that may match your website activity with professional information they or their partners already hold. This can include your name, job title, company, business email address, and professional social profile (such as LinkedIn). For visitors outside the United States, these services identify companies only, not individuals.
We also use PipelineOn, a visitor-identification service that may match your website activity to an identified U.S. consumer or homeowner, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and related household details, using its consumer data sources. We use this to recognize existing customers and serious prospects who visit pages such as pricing, contact, or our free audit.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following tools on 4thline.ai:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures site traffic and how visitors use our pages. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) is our CRM. It processes contact form submissions and uses cookies to understand which pages known contacts visit. See the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
- RB2B (Retention.com) is a visitor-identification service that helps us identify businesses and professionals who visit our site so we can follow up with relevant marketing. See the RB2B Privacy Policy.
- PipelineOn is a visitor-identification service that receives activity on our site, such as pages viewed, IP address, and device information, and may return matched consumer information to us so we can follow up. See the PipelineOn Privacy Policy and PipelineOn State Privacy Notice.
Online data partners and marketing communications
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule strategy calls, and provide our services.
- To identify businesses and professionals who are interested in our services, and to send relevant follow-up communications and marketing.
- To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising.
- To maintain records in our CRM and run our business.
- To protect our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run our website and business, such as Google, HubSpot, RB2B, and PipelineOn, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states may treat using visitor-identification and analytics tools as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described below.
Affiliate relationships. 4th Line Marketing is an affiliate partner of RB2B and PipelineOn. If you sign up for either service through a link on our site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those services are run by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also help client businesses install visitor-identification tools on their own websites. In those cases the client business decides how the data is used and is responsible for its own privacy disclosures.
